      EN 45545-2 Fire behaviour requirements – materials 
      EN 45545-2 標準:防火性能的要求–材料

      Fire safety performance levels for component materials are set for each of the Hazard Levels for internal and external use for the following parameters - Flammability LOI, Smoke emission and Toxicity.
      組件材料的防火性能等級設置為每個危害程度內外部使用的參數,易燃物的LOI、排放煙霧和毒性。

      Requirements are fixed by Conduit Circumference and Application Area

      EN ISO 4589-2 oxygen index definition  氧指數定義:
      When the oxygen and nitrogen mixture of 23°C±2°C degree C is entered, the minimum oxygen concentration of the material is maintained, which is expressed in volume fraction. 
      The oxygen index testing principle vertically fixed an upward flow of oxygen in a sample of size: (80-150) x (10+-0.5)x (4+-0.25)mm. 
      in a transparent combustion cylinder of a nitrogen mixture, the top of the sample is ignited and the combustion characteristics of the sample are observed and the sample is  continuously burned. The interval or combustion length is compared with the given data, and the minimum oxygen concentration is estimated by a series of experiments at different oxygen concentrations.
      通入 23°C±2°C 的氧、氮混合氣體時,剛好維持材料燃燒的最小氧濃度,以體積分數表示。
      氧指數測試原理將一個試樣; 尺寸大小: (80-150)  x  (10+-0.5) x (4+-0.25)mm 垂直固定在向上流動的氧、氮混合氣體的透明燃燒筒里,點燃試樣頂端,并觀察試樣的燃燒特性,把樣品連續燃燒時間或燃燒長度與給定的數據相比較,通過在不同氧濃度下的一系列試驗,估算氧濃度的最小值。

      4. EN ISO 5659-2  Smoke density test 煙密度測試:
      Sample pretreatment   樣品預處理: 
      Samples of size in square 75±1mm and thickness of 1±0.1mm or as far as possible, the material should be tested in the end-use thickness. Before testing, the samples were placed at 23°C±2°C, and humidity at (50±10)% for at least 24 hours before reaching the test requirements.
      樣品尺寸為75±1mm 方形,厚度為1±0.1mm或盡最大可能,材料應為最終產品的厚度下進行測試。進行測試前,預先將樣品放置在溫度23°C±2°C,濕度在(50±10)% 至少24小時,以達測試要求。

      Test method   測試方法: 
      The test method of smoke density (Ds) was carried out according to the standard of EN ISO 5659-2. The samples were tested in a sealed furnace, and the samples were tested under the 2.50W/cm2 condition. 1.5 minutes, fourth minutes of smoke density data and the maximum smoke density data within the whole test time were recorded. The whole test time was 20 minutes.
      煙密度 (Ds) 測試方法按照 EN ISO 5659-2 標準進行。樣品在一個密封的爐內進行測試,樣品分別在 2.50W/cm2 條件下進行煙密度測試。記錄第 1.5 分鐘, 第 4 分鐘煙密度數據及整個測試時間內最大煙密度數據, 整個測試時間為 20 分鐘。

      5. NFX70-100-1/-2  Toxicity test  毒性測試
      The CIT value of the toxicity index is calculated.
       In gas (C 、CO、HF、HCI、HCN、N 、S 、HBr), the content “ti" is expressed in milligrams per gram of material gas. From the “ti" value and the corresponding dangerous concentration value "Cci", the commonly known toxicity index " C.I.T " can be determined.
      毒性指數CIT值計算:
      在氣體中(C  、CO、HF、HCI、HCN、N  、S  、HBr),含量 ”ti” 用每克材料氣體的毫克表示,從”ti” 這些數值及相應的危險濃度值 ”Cci” 中,通常被稱為的毒性指數 ”C.I.T” 便可確定。
